After your abstract is accepted by the referees, the acceptance letter will be sent via email within 5 days.
Full text is not mandatory. If you want to send full text, please submit it by June 19, 2021 via email to internationalcovid19congress@gmail.com

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS

  1. Please submit your abstract to internationalcovid19congress@gmail.com by June 15, 2021.

  2. The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150 – 1000 words. The letter of acceptance or rejection of your abstract, will be sent to you within 3 days after the blind referee method

    • Times new roman

    • 11 pt

    • Name Surnames, Affiliation, Email addresses of all authors

    • At least 3 keywords

    • Bibliography APA Style https://apastyle.apa.org/

  3. We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

  4. Submit well before the submission deadline in order to be eligible for Early Bird rates to reserve your seats for the conference.

  5. Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review 3 days after its receipt. The International Scientific Committee will review your paper. The Conference Chair will head the Committee and the final decisions about the abstracts will be given at this meeting.

  6. Acceptance or rejections of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments. If the paper is required to be revised, the revised paper is needed to be sent back within 3 days.

FULL-TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS

  1. If your abstract is accepted and you have paid the registration fee for the III. International COVID-19 and Current Issues Congress, you are encouraged to submit your full text before June 19, 2021.

  2. Final manuscripts must be sent to  internationalcovid19congress@gmail.com 

  3. We accept the submission of high quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  4. The full manuscript must be submitted as an MS Word document in .doc format (not as a PDF or .docx format) and named with the author’s abstract number and name.

  5. If the paper requires revisions after review, we will send it back to you with comments and you must send the corrected paper within one week.

  6. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

  7. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

SUBMISSION LANGUAGE
 

  1. The Congress languages are English, Turkish and German. Please submit your papers in one of these languages.

  2. Papers other than English should include abstracts in English.

     

FEE & PAYMENT
 

  1. Participation fee is paid to cover the necessary expenses in accordance with the protocol made with the publisher. The participation fee is as follows:

    (Two Papers: 500₺)

    Participation from other countries: $35 (One Paper)
    (Two Papers: $60)
